Ketchpop Games grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our applications on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Our free games may display advertisements served by third-party networks (Google AdMob, AppLovin, and other certified partners). In-app purchases such as "Remove Ads" are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Ketchpop Games does not collect or store your payment information.
Ketchpop Games reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our applications at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Our applications are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ketchpop Games shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our applications.
Ketchpop Games may terminate your access to our applications at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
